Mr J turned 2 last month!

I can't believe this little man is growing so quickly.

Mr J is
1 - Intelligent. He really thinks things through and figures out how things work, more than most kids his age.
2 -  Prankster. Whether it's peeking around corners, scaring, trying to tell/laugh at his own jokes, teasing, etc. this little guy loves to pull one over on people.

We are so incredibly grateful that this little man is a part of our family.

He bring us so much joy.

Miss A turns 6 today!

I love my little best friend so very much.
I'm glad we have each other in this family of boys!

 Miss A is:

1 - Helpful (Like really, really helpful! If I need anything, she's there wanting to know what she can do, too.)

2 - A Planner (She makes plans & doesn't forget them, or let you forget them.)

3 - Considerate (If she's aware of a need, she will try to fill it. She considers how others feel, she wants to make others happy.)

4 - Funny (she is such a ham and loves to make people happy. Also, she has one of the VERY BEST LAUGHS.)

5 - Genuine (she has many friends, and honestly treats them all as such. With Audrey, what you see is truly who she is.)

6 - Passionate (I love this trait in her, she is dedicated to what she feels/know/wants and goes for it. She is not afraid of hard work.)

I love you, Miss A!!

Happy 7th Birthday, Mr T

Today my boy turns 7.

 I can't believe it.

I have now been a mom for half my married life. After this I will have been a mom longer than the struggle with infertility kept me from this dream.

I am blessed.

I am a mother.

I am HIS mother.

Mr T is:

1 - Funny
2 - Creative
3 - Kind
4 - Intelligent
5 - Helpful
6 - Athletic
7 - Resilient

My heart is full of love and gratitude. Happy Birthday, my boy.

Halloween this year was wonderful! Pumpkin carving, school carnival, trunk-or-treat, trick-or-treating and great friends.

I love this time of year!

Loving, understanding, kind, helpful, reliable, confident, steady.

Just a few of the words I would use to describe my wonderful sister. At 6 years older than myself, I know she's endured many irritations of having a little sister who wanted to be around all the time, and the little sister with a teen attitude.
But never, when I've needed her, has she not been there with encouragement, support, help & advice.
I look up to her so much. She is the mom, friend, sister, leader & woman I want to be most like.

 HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Last month both of my boys had a birthday!

I can't believe that Mr O is one already! He is such a blessing to our family
1. Sweet (I love his snuggles)
2. Funny (he cracks up at almost anything)
3. Sensitive (he does not like it when his siblings are upset)
4. Loud (when he wants to be heard, all will listen!)
5. Adorable (seriously, this kid is really ADORABLE)

I absolutely refuse to believe that Mr T is 5. F-I-V-E!
1. Adventurous (he likes to find new bugs, etc & have everyone check it out)
2. Tender Hearted (he may play like a boy, but this kid has a tender heart & is easily wounded & loves easily)
3. Hilarious (I love it when he discovers new jokes, we get to hear them over & over)
4. Observant (he often notices things that we don't)
5. Inquisitive (always wanting to learn why things are they way they are and how things work)

Race car birthday, including a back yard race track was successful!
The adults even took a turn racing.  Don't be deceived, this was a hard core race with elbows thrown, cut off turns, etc.  My neighbor reported that the adult race was her favorite part of the party (she had a great view out of her family room window)!
What's a party with out an awesome pinata explosion?!
